Basic – Level 1:Has been designed for entry level personnel or individuals who have limited knowledge of basic keying terminology to understand the difference between simple master key levels systems. Terminology and the introduction to basic key control concepts will also be covered.

This level will require approximately 4 hours or less to complete. This is self paced and is a prerequisite for future levels.

This course is currently available for Medeco Arrow employees only

Intermediate - Level 2:Has been designed for individuals with a basic knowledge of keying terminology, and who has successfully completed all Level 1 tests. This level will focus on larger master key systems and their application.This level will require approximately 3 hours or less to complete; each module will conclude with a test.This is self paced and is a prerequisite for future levels.

This course is currently available for Medeco and Arrow employees only.

Advanced - Level 3:Has been designed for individuals who have successfully completed Level’s 1 and 2.It includes specific ASSA ABLOY educational documents outlining the “how-to’s” of conducting a successful key meeting and an in-depth look into Key Wizard’s features.Participants will complete an exercise where they must properly identify where each key set symbol appears within a key system schematic.

This level will require approximately 3 hours to complete and will conclude with a test. This is self paced and is a prerequisite for future levels.
